Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage the whole daily supply chain, including procurement, logistics and warehousing as your major functions.
- Keep an eye on demand forecasting, production schedules, and inventory levels so that products are always ready.
- Direct the purchase of materials or services while assuring that product supplies are being replenished on the basis of demand forecasts and
- Minimum Order Quantity, that Capex and Opex budgets are being followed, and that the replenishment is happening in a timely manner.
- Cost-saving initiatives such as consolidation, call-offs, contracting, and discounts will be applied.
- Vendors are kept in good relations, onboarding is managed and vendor data is updated, and compliance with policies and regulatory standards is ensured.
- SAP is being used to handle the entire Peer-to-Peer process and ensure compliance with both ethical and regulatory requirements.
- The costs are being verified through acquisition of full product lifecycle insights, Total Cost of Ownership analysis for option comparisons and through evaluation of all inputs that affect price like commodity prices, utilities, labor, freight, and exchange rates.
- You will be in charge of the whole warehousing process; operations, stock movements, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
- Sales, finance, operations, and production are some of the departments you will be communicating with to guarantee the workflow is done smoothly.
- Spot points that slow down the process and pioneer the process of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- It is a must to have a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant area.
- It is a must to have over 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management with proven results.
- The applicant should possess a solid understanding of ERP/SAP and the application of data for decision-making to a very high degree.
- Besides, the candidate’s good qualities and capability to work under pressure will be his/her fast-changing environment and directing cross-functional teams.
- Good qualities and capabilities in leadership, communication, and problem-solving will be mostly required from the candidate, in any case.
