• Conduct a probe and uncover the possible vendors.
• Send out proposals, request pricing, and do the regulations and terms negotiations for the purchase.
• Work with the vendors and general constructor to pinpoint and document the needs and duties.
• Monitor and manage the supply of materials from the vendors to make sure they are at the construction site per the schedule and on time.
• Assess vendor’s performance and take care of the users’ complaints and problems.
• Schedule the procurement of services and goods and guarantee that the products and supplies are of the highest quality.

• Qualification: BS Engineering / BBA / MBA (Supply Chain Management)
• Experience: 2-3 Years’ experience in local procurement
• Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills

PETPAK Films (Pvt.) Limited, a subsidiary of IPAK is looking for an experienced and proactive Checlistter based in Sheikhupura.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Carry out sound and vibration analysis to spot possible problems even before the point of failure.
• Operate distinctive tools like sound level meters and vibration analyzers to observe the status of the equipment.
• Interpret statistics and patterns to signal possible difficulties and advise on fixing measures.
• Execute preventive maintenance actions in order not to have equipment breakdowns.
• Document and communicate observations, faults, and maintenance work with accuracy and promptness.
• Work together with the maintenance groups to determine the order of repair and the time it will be done according to condition-based maintenance advice.
• Always follow safety procedures and regulations during inspections and maintenance work.
• Find and propose pathways for equipment improvement or enhancement to boost reliability and efficiency.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 2-3 Years of Experience
• The skill to understand and dissect the mechanical drawings and schematics.
