Job Title: Asst. Engineer-Equipment- Coal Mining Industry
Job Overview: Currently, we are in search of an Equipment Assistant Engineer who possesses the appropriate skills and will work in the Equipment Department at the coal mine site in Tharparkar. The major duty of the hired individual will be the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of mining equipment and machines. This person will play a crucial role in the enforcement of, and consequently, the productivity, equipment reliability and safety regulation compliance. One of the main targets of the person in this position would be to prevent any interruptions in the mine flow. Preference will be given to candidates living in Tharparkar during the selection process.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for real-time monitoring of the daily operation of diesel generator sets to ensure that all parameters meet technical standards;
- Carry out operations such as starting, stopping and load adjustment of the units in accordance with operating procedures;
- Timely discover and report operational abnormalities or potential faults, and take necessary measures to ensure the stable operation of the units;
- Strictly abide by and supervise the implementation of safety operation procedures to ensure production and personnel safety;
- Record and analyze equipment operation data to provide technical support for equipment maintenance and improvement;
- Be responsible for filling in and organizing the operation logs, fault records and various technical data of the units;
- Establish and improve ledgers and archives to ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the data;
- Cooperate with the temporary tasks and adjustments arranged by the superior department to ensure the coordinated operation of the units;
- Assist new employees in pre-job training and technical handover to enhance the overall business level of the team.
Qualifications:
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 3 years’ or more experience in Diesel generator operation or maintenance. Knowledge of mining equipment, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Being able to work alone in remote or field locations. Having some knowledge of electrical and mechanical fields will be an advantage. English language skills are required; Chinese will be an asset.

Job Overview: We are looking for a qualified and expert Asst. Engineer Mining who will take responsibility for the Tharparkar coal mining industry. The appointed person will supervise the entire mining process, which encompasses planning, designing, and carrying out to guarantee the coal resources are extracted in an efficient way and that the safety and environmental standards are complied with.
Responsibilities:
To cultivate construction groups to carry out safety regulations in practice strictly, execute “Coal Mine Safety Regulations.”
Aid coal mine production foremen and schedules while coordinating subcontracted units and power plant process coordination.
To be responsible for coal mining, peeling production, drying, coal handling, coal supply equipment, with services for production dispatch management, engineering standard quality control, and engineering quality assessment.
Engaging in monthly production planning and special production plan development.
Assistance in the preparation and amendment of open-pit mine regulations.
Enforcing the engineering construction supervision upon the implementation of the production plan on site.
Coordinate professional departments and technology in solving technical problems, develop proposed solutions, and continuously enhance our understanding of each other’s plan.
Participate in rescuing and investigating the safety accidents in all types of production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mining or related field; Additional Certifications like Sirdar’s Certificate or any are a plus. At least 03 years’ Experience in the mining industry, similar role within the Mining or Natural Resources Sector. Have Command on SURPAC, Mine3D or any related Software skills, Proficient in English, and have good Communication skills Competent for open-pit coal mining production management Tharparkar or nearby residents will be given priority.
