Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics personnel and plan daily cargo movement operations (road, air, rail).
• The role requires monitoring multiple sites to coordinate outbound logistics and transportation activities.
• The person needs to manage equipment delays and problems while following both company rules and local regulations.
• Coordinate warehouse operations with production and 3PL teams to optimize cargo movement.
• The management of KPIs together with ERP systems enables process improvements which enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• A degree at the bachelor’s/master’s level in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar field.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant logistics experience, with at least 10 being at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Has strong knowledge of export documentation and business KPI’s.
