We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Enabler Customer Service.
Join our team as a Customer Service professional where this position is responsible for managing customer complaints, ensure timely resolutions and enhance service processes.
Responsibilities:
– Employ the CRM system immediately and properly to handle all customer complaints and inquiries through all channels, keep an eye on and solve the customer problems, and submit CRM tickets with accurate evidence.
– Productivity goals will be achieved and a top-notch quality assurance score will be maintained, quick replies will be the highlight – great CSAT, decrease in AHT, and overall customer satisfaction increase.
– Stay updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices so that you can contribute to the uplift of Average Quality Assurance Scores and also expand your skill set.
– Share the observations, typical issues, and suggestions for process improvements with the appropriate teams in order to improve the customer experience overall.

Experience:
-2-5 years of experience in fashion retail industry to e-commerce, retails, and logistics industries
-Advanced CRM system knowledge
-Extensive knowledge of consumer behavior and retail industry trends
