Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily office administration processes and guarantee the timely availability of resources.
• Collaborate with Procurement and HR departments to meet office-related requirements.
• Create and uphold documentation that encompasses letters, memos, and service approvals.
• Oversee vendor contracts, service agreements, and efficiently track renewals.
• Confirm and coordinate processing of vendor bills and service invoices with Accounts.
• Keep MIS reports updated for administrative expenses, maintenance activities, and vendor performance.
• Guarantee precise filing, digitization, and record-keeping according to audit requirements.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and prepare administrative summaries for management’s perusal.
