𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Quality Control Officer
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
- Keep an eye on things, check for problems, and make sure everything meets our standards during production—from cutting to packing.
- Put quality control steps in place that match both our company rules and global rules.
- Find any mistakes, suggest ways to fix them, and then make sure those fixes happen.
- Make sure we’re following what the customer wants, what the designs say, and our own rules.
- Work with the people in production, sales, and design to fix any quality problems that pop up.
- Check up on our suppliers and our own production areas.
- Write up reports about quality and keep good records for the bosses to review.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is ideal.
- You’ll need 3-5 years of QC experience making clothing.
- Should really know how clothes are put together: stitching, what the pieces are called, fabrics, and how things should look when they’re done.
- Know your way around AQL standards and how to check quality.
- Need to be able to talk and write well about what you find.
