• Develop and plan seasonal collections for Women’s RTS & RTW categories
• Design team cooperation on silhouettes, fabrics, trims, and product details
• Further to this, coordination with vendors, mills, and production units for a smooth workflow
• Production tracking and execution notifying the concerned party
• Support in product costing, pricing, and SKU mix planning
• Examine past sales to substantiate data-driven category choices
• Regularly do market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
• Interact with retail and e-commerce teams regarding product availability
• Performance monitoring of the category, identification of slow/fast movers, and suggestion of actions
• Product quality assurance via inspections and garment checks
• Documentation upkeep and communication between all departments that clearly convey messages
