Iqra University, Hyderabad Campus, is looking for a lively and performance-driven Admissions & Outreach Officer to be part of our group. The perfect person will be instrumental in the admissions process, outreach activities, and ultimately, giving the student numbers a boost through smart planning and teamwork.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
- The whole admissions procedure was carried out in a way that it adhered to the university’s regulations.
- A variety of communication channels were utilized in the process of handling admission inquiries such as CRM, WhatsApp, emails,
- social media, walk-ins, and phone calls.
- The academic departments participated in the process to determine whether the applicant was qualified and the admissions decision was then made.
- The recruitment activities for which expos, school visits, career fairs, and open houses were among the planned and executed ones.
- The university’s engagement with schools, colleges, community partners, and corporate stakeholders was established and continued strong.
- The university’s presence was at external forums, presentations, and information sessions.
- The marketing team and the admission department worked together in the creation of admission campaigns and the application of promotional tactics.
- The enrollment trends were monitored, reports produced, and CRM tools used for conducting data-driven decision-making.
