Position: Deputy Manager – Digital Branding
Location: Karachi
Experience: 4–6 years
Role Overview:
We are actively looking for a Deputy Manager – Digital Branding who will manage the digital-first brand strategy through the use of social media, communities, influencers, and on-ground activities. The pop culture consciousness, expert communication and solid implementation along with the ability to lead the team hands-on will all be part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead digital branding strategies for product launches, sales campaigns, and always-on-content,
- Take on end-to-end responsibility for the branding on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, etc.
- Ensure a sense of community both by way of WhatsApp Channels, Instagram Broadcast Channels, Facebook Groups, and Reddit, crystal-clear to again clear.
- Bring influencers and creators into broader deployment within campaigns
- Execute physical activations (launches, pop-ups) with a digital-first perspective
- Lead and coordinate photo/video shoots for campaigns and content
- Manage and mentor trains for photographers/videographers, vendors, and agencies in the studio
What We’re Looking For:
In order to guarantee high-caliber production combined with a smooth merger of digital and on-ground campaigns, I own skills like these: a thorough grasp of the pop culture and internet habits; the ability to communicate excellently both in writing and verbally; and the past practice of working in an integrated manner with both digital and on-the-ground campaigns. I also have a very good aesthetic sense regarding what is visually coherent on digital. My thinking is native to the platform and I am trend-aware. Lastly, I am capable of guiding teams and raising the bar for execution.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in working with agency or consumer brands
Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign reporting is a plus
