The Patient Relations Executive plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience at HealthHub Clinics. Patient Engagement & Front Desk Operations
The Patient Relations Executive is responsible for managing patient registrations, appointment scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups in a smooth and organized manner. By providing clear guidance and timely assistance, the executive ensures patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported at every stage of their healthcare journey. Maintaining a calm and well-managed reception area while minimizing waiting times is a key responsibility of this role.
Coordination with Medical & Clinical Teams
Effective collaboration with doctors, nurses, and clinical support staff is essential to ensure seamless clinic operations. The executive supports patient flow by coordinating schedules, communicating patient needs accurately, and assisting in resolving operational challenges. This coordination helps maintain efficiency across departments and ensures that patients receive timely and uninterrupted care.
Insurance, Billing & Administrative Support
The role includes assisting patients with insurance approvals, billing inquiries, and payment-related concerns. The Patient Relations Executive provides clear explanations regarding coverage, billing procedures, and required documentation while maintaining accuracy and discretion. Handling sensitive financial and insurance information with confidentiality and professionalism is a core aspect of this responsibility.
Patient Records & Confidentiality Management
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records is a vital function of this role. Patient Feedback & Experience Enhancement
