Position Overview

Stylo Pvt Ltd, the foremost brand in the footwear and fashion retail business in Pakistan, is on a lookout for an outstandingly skilled and tactical Head of Marketing who will work in the company’s Head Office in Lahore. The upper management position is accountable for the company’s marketing policy, corporate identity, and retail marketing effectiveness, which collectively reinforce brand value, attract more customers to stores, and boost retail sales growth across the physical retail outlets spread all over the country.

The Head of Marketing will be a significant player in converting commercial and business goals into marketing initiatives that are powerful, data-driven, and impactful. The person in this position will work hand in hand with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Senior Leadership to make sure brand positioning is consistent, campaigns are executed effectively, and consumers are engaged strongly at all the touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Compose and put into action a marketing and corporate branding plan that is completely in sync with the business objectives.

   

• Build up a solid retail presence of the brand and the brand in every channel to enhance the overall sales performance.

   

• Act as the judge of the corporate brand and ensure that the brand identity and communication are efficiently and uniformly transmitted across the nation.

   

• Organize and oversee the implementation of various seasonal promotional campaigns, retail marketing activities, and in-store brand executions.

   

• Take advantage of customer insights and market research data as the sources for determining the direction of strategic marketing decisions.

   

• Monitor the marketing performance metrics and generate strategic reports for the top management’s consideration.

   

• Allow the brand to have a powerful yet discreet presence in the different areas and retail locations at the same time.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a discipline closely related

   

• 10–12 years of advancing marketing experience, mainly in the area of footwear or large retail, are preferred

   

• 3–5 years of experience in a top management or department head role

   

• Demonstrated history of directing big marketing groups and overseeing continent-wide brand activities

Skills & Competencies

• Powerful tactical intelligence and significant market understanding

   

• Professional knowledge in selling, advertising, and customer perception areas with retail

   

• Top-level qualities in leading, communicating, and managing stakeholders

   

• Capability to simultaneously work on and coordinate big projects and highly effective campaigns

   

• Familiarity with setting budgets, improving them, and following their performance
