The Area Sales Manager will have a number of responsibilities including the management of sales performance, leading sales teams, increasing the company’s market share, and also making sure that the business goals are met in the allocated area in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and control all the sales activities in the region given to Lahore

   

• By means of planning and executing, reach and overtake the sales target

   

• Lead, motivate and train the sales personnel for their utmost performance

   

• Make the retailer and distributor relationship better so that the market can be penetrated more

   

• Keep an eye on the market trends, competitors’ actions and customers’ opinions

   

• Verify that sales tactics, promotions and brand rules are all applied properly

   

• Make sales reports and performance evaluations for the management’s consideration.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field

   

• It is a must that you have sales management experience, preferably in the fashion or FMCG industry.

   

• You need to have super leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

   

• You can work independently and manage stress in a target-driven environment.
