IBL Operations Jobs – Deputy Manager Tax (Karachi)

IBL Operations, a reputable and professionally managed organization, is currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Deputy Manager – Tax in Karachi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reconciliations who are looking to advance their careers in a challenging corporate environment in Karachi.

The Deputy Manager – Tax will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance for IBL Operations in Karachi. The role requires hands-on experience in handling monthly sales tax returns, withholding and advance tax compliance, as well as managing quarterly filings, including Sections 147 and 165. The selected candidate will also play a key role in annual tax reconciliations, providing audit support, and ensuring full compliance with both federal and provincial tax regulations applicable in Karachi.

Candidates applying for this position should be comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple statutory requirements simultaneously. A strong understanding of FBR portals, online filing systems, and statutory procedures is essential for success in this role in Karachi. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills are critical, as the position involves reviewing complex tax data and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation and have 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in taxation, compliance, and statutory filings. Prior experience in a corporate or operational environment in Karachi will be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.
