Imtiaz is in search of a committed and meticulous “Talent Acquisition Specialist” to become a part of our organization. In this role, the successful candidate will be an important part of the process of attracting, sourcing, and ultimately hiring the best candidates at one of Pakistan’s leading and fast-growing retail chains.
📍 Location: Head Office, Karachi.
🎓 Qualification:
- MBA – HRM from a recognized institution.
💼 Required Experience & Skills:
- 4 – 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition is preferred specifically in Supply Chain / Logistics.
- The applicant must demonstrate advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies and online recruitment platforms with a solid understanding of labor market trends.
- The applicant should have excellent communication and negotiation abilities to manage several recruitment projects simultaneously.
