Open Position: Manager Leasing & Contracts

Requirements:

• Coordinate the planning and acquisition of operational spaces in accordance with approved timelines and budgeting parameters.
• Process landowner payments and other payments related to government authorities in a timely manner.
• Monitor the performance of contracts and facilitate contract close out, renewal or extension as indicated.
• Maintain administrative control and productive and effective working relationships with depots and landowners.
• Ability to document details, track, follow up and take appropriate action on location issues including complaints and applications.
• Prepare and coordinate rent payment calendar/schedule for accounts in accordance with leasing agreements.
• Administer any correspondence related to contracts and documentation in occupational health and safety as required.
• Administer the appropriate maintenance and management of fixed assets in all premises.
Qualification: Graduate/Master’s, Preferably In LLB.
Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Conflict management, Decision Making, Problem-solving, People Management.
• Experience: 08-10 years, 4 to 5 Years of experience of Related experience.
• Knowledge: Property Laws, Leasing Contract, Rental Agreements
