Key Responsibilities

The person who has been chosen to fill the role will take charge of health insurance department’s surveillance and monitoring functions. Some of the main tasks are to keep a very close communication with claims managers and medical teams to guarantee that the monitoring and compliance are effective, reviewing and altering panel hospital rate lists, and verifying reimbursement claims on ground to make sure they are accurate and credible before payment approvals. The position further includes constant supervision of case managers’ CMR (Case Management Reports) to enhance service quality and improve operational efficiency.

Moreover, the Joint Senior Manager will take charge of the surveillance team by supervising workload, making sure that employees are skilled enough for the job, assessing the work done by the staff, offering helpful criticism, and recognizing the training and developing requirements that would enhance the workers’ careers and the team’s overall working efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

The presence of an MBBS degree along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector is mandatory for the candidates, preferably in the fields of health insurance, claims management, or medical surveillance. The position requires the candidate to have excellent leadership qualities, good medical discretion, and thorough understanding of the health insurance process.
