🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Make sure that the accounting, reporting, and compliance functions are all set according to IFRS and institutional policies.
• Direct and control the operations concerning budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Observe and guarantee the implementation of internal controls, conduct audits, and attain legal compliance.
• Manage the treasury operations, introduce financial systems, and monitor the ERP project.
• Deliver crucial financial analyses to the top management.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
• Ideally a Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA or an equivalent qualification
• At least 15 years of experience in the related industry, out of which 5 years should be in a top management or controller role
• Has expertise in financial management, reporting standards and audit coordination
• Excellent leader with strong analytical and communication skills
