🔹 Key Responsibilities
- You take charge of the insurance for the vehicles that are leased from ORIX & UBL Bank.
- You enter the new and renewal policies in the software named Premia.
- You are responsible for generating the policies and certificates.
- You are in charge of notifying the banks about policy renewals.
- You produce the monthly bills for the vehicles that are insured.
- You maintain constant contact with the officials at the bank.
- You interact with the companies that install the tracking devices for the purpose of installation & verification.
- You schedule the pre-insurance inspections.
- You draft the necessary reports for the management.
- You check the batches of the trackers received from the Motor Department.
- You deliver the certificates to the customers coming in person, over the phone, and via email.
