We are looking for CS Interns to join our Customer Service team at the Korangi warehouse in Karachi. The internship provides practical training with a straightforward chance for full-time employment depending on individual performance.
𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱: PKR 20,000/- per month
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 3 Months (Leading to Permanent Role Based on Performance)
𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
𝟭. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻
- You are going to assist in responding to customer inquiries via different online platforms.
- You are expected to interact in a professional, precise, and prompt fashion.
- You will be documenting every interaction with the customers.
𝟮. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻
- Take care of both inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain daily Call Centre operations.
- Offer assistance in coordinating customers and follows-up.
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English)
- Basic knowledge of computer skills
- Ready to work in a warehouse environment
- No experience required, fresh candidates are welcomed to apply
