Job Overview

The HR Head will take the lead in governing and putting into action the HR policy of the organization, coordinating the people-driving activities with the business goals, and making sure that the workforce consists of highly skilled, motivated, and non-offending individuals, who thus are compliant with the regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and continuous HR strategies that are deeply rooted in the company’s objectives, then monitor their progress.

   

• Recruiting, succession planning, performance management, and employee development activities will be your primary responsibilities.

   

• Keep the labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements in full compliance all the time.

   

• Enhance the engagement of employees, culture of the organization, and the effectiveness of the workforce.

   

• Be a consultant with senior management regarding HR and people’s issues for the whole organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputable and recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role
