Job Overview
The HR Head will take the lead in governing and putting into action the HR policy of the organization, coordinating the people-driving activities with the business goals, and making sure that the workforce consists of highly skilled, motivated, and non-offending individuals, who thus are compliant with the regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and continuous HR strategies that are deeply rooted in the company’s objectives, then monitor their progress.
- Recruiting, succession planning, performance management, and employee development activities will be your primary responsibilities.
- Keep the labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements in full compliance all the time.
- Enhance the engagement of employees, culture of the organization, and the effectiveness of the workforce.
- Be a consultant with senior management regarding HR and people’s issues for the whole organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:

MBA in Human Resources from a reputable and recognized university
Experience:
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role

Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, and people management
Required Skills & Competencies
- Thinking and managing in a strategic way was a great and powerful skill.
- Being aware of the best HR practices and labor laws was extensive and thorough.
- Skills in communication, decision-making, and relationship-building were excellent.
