Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine long-term brand visions, value propositions, and style guides that clearly differentiate ASAIA from competitors.

• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and event activations.

• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities and market strategies.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across product launches, retail experiences, and campaigns.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, market share, campaign ROI, sales uplift, engagement, and reach; optimize plans based on insights.

• Lead a small in-house brand management team, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.

• Brief and manage external creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver timely, high-quality assets within budget.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
