Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager – Ascend Priority Banking, you will be responsible for:

• Building, cultivating, and managing partnerships with Priority Banking clients by recognizing and using market opportunities.

   

• Taking customer relations to a whole new level through the bank’s products and financial solutions to improve product penetration via effective cross-selling.

   

• Hitting assigned goals with respect to New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) customers together with their volumes, numbers, and cross-sell objectives.

   

• Encouraging and leading digital banking usage through customer migration onto the bank’s digital platforms, in line with ADC onboarding metrics.

   

• Handling customer complaints in the most timely and effective manner possible within the defined turnaround times (TATs), thereby adhering to service excellence standards.

   

• Keeping up with the highest standards of compliance, risk, and control by correctly profiling the customers and monitoring their account behavior as per regulatory requirements.

Eligibility & Skills

• Proven experience in relationship management, priority banking, or retail banking

• Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence
