Role Summary

The perfect applicant will take charge of and improve the entire exhaust dyeing operations to achieve uniform fabric quality, productive manufacturing and quick shade delivery. Among the duties is handling all dyeing works, formulating and unifying recipes, suggesting machine usage, and giving technical support to keep RFT performance and cost efficiency. Along with that the candidate will work together with other departments to maintain quality standards, foster innovation, and keep security, ecological and sustainability norms.

Essential Competencies

• You are a specialist in resolving intricate dyeing problems like non-uniform dyeing, blemishes, and PTP.
• You have background knowledge of color fixing dyeing and process enhancement for varied fiber blends.
• You have worked on the formulation of inexpensive dyeing mixtures without compromising on quality.
• You possess deep knowledge in assessing and choosing dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries for diverse kinds of fabrics.
• You can execute and oversee the parameters of process control to guarantee the reproducibility of colors.
• You are good at organizing experiments with R&D teams for new fabrics, dyes, or machines.
• You know about waste treatment, garbage handling, and environmentally friendly dyeing methods.
• You are able to scrutinize production statistics, prepare reports, and facilitate data-driven decision making.
• You can track and make the machine more efficient, including planning for preventive maintenance.
• You know that dyeing operations are compliant with international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile or Chemical Engineering, preferably with specialization in Wet Processing/Dyeing from HEC accredited Institutes

Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience of exhaust dyeing in a reputable textile manufacturing environment
