Key Responsibilities:

The Chief Timekeeper will oversee daily time tracking, attendance validation, and shift scheduling for a large and diverse workforce. You will monitor attendance systems, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports that are essential for payroll processing and management decision-making. The role requires a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage high volumes of workforce data efficiently.

System & Records Management:

You will be responsible for managing both manual and digital attendance systems, ensuring integration with HR and payroll software. This includes maintaining biometric systems, resolving system errors, and implementing upgrades where necessary. Your expertise will ensure the company’s workforce records are always accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.

Leadership Role:

As the head of the timekeeping function, you will lead a small team of timekeepers and clerks, providing training, guidance, and quality control.
