Management Trainee Officer – Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing sales strategies aimed at boosting product availability, market share, and volume growth.
• Overseeing Order Bookers in the process of attaining sales targets and keeping customers Happy.
• Consumer Marketing opportunities recognition and in-store branding execution, so that the customer is attracted.
• Distribution of goods with optimum stock levels by each Stock Keeping Unit in accordance with the company’s Stock Cover Days policy.
• Training Order Bookers to keep the Stock Keeping Units sufficiently stocked at the outlet level and properly displayed on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
• Conducting frequent visits to the market for the purpose of checking the performance of Order Bookers and identifying market development & conversion opportunities.

Job Requirements:
