CRM Coordinator:

The CRM Coordinator will act as the mediator among customers, the marketing team, and the sales department thus guaranteeing uninterrupted communication and good client management. The person in this position will be responsible for the exactness of the CRM database, will make sure that all customer interactions are recorded in an effective manner, and will come up with campaigns that draw in the customers and keep them coming back. The job requires an outstanding ability to interpret data, refine CRM processes, and produce management with actionable insights for making decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & System Management:

You will be responsible for maintaining CRM software efficiency, troubleshooting data sync issues, and collaborating with IT to ensure smooth integration with sales systems.

Communication & Coordination:

Regular communication with management and front-line teams will be crucial to ensure customer insights are acted upon promptly. Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork are essential.
