Key Responsibilities
- Process Implementation, Technical Expertise, & Failure Investigation.
- Productivity Analysis.
- Organize and distribute work to support operational needs.
- Ensures that all assets comply with the required quality standards and meet both specifications and safety standards.
- Control repair, inventory, and labour costs.
- Coach and mentor technicians and Executives.
- Monitor associate work levels, KPI’s and make Bi-yearly appraisals.
- Maintain the facility while performing ongoing supervision of both cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
- The process of functional department coordination serves as a foundation for operational continuity.
Requirements
- Candidates having qualifications of Mechanical Engineering or BS Mechanical are encouraged to apply.
- The organization requires candidates to possess a minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in their field of expertise.
- Problem-solving abilities,
- Operation management skills,
- Work load management.
