Your Key Impact Areas
- Through modern trade accounts, drive not only secondary but also tertiary sales.
- Devise joint business plans along with the leading chains and make sure that they are executed properly.
- Oversee the terms of credit and the proper alignment of operations to prevent any issues.
- List all SKUs on time and make sure that they are accessible in every chain.
- Keep an eye on stock rotation to avoid damage and expiration.
- Carry out customer-specific activations and visibility plans.
- Make sure the correct prices are displayed on the shelves in all accounts.
- Do frequent field trips and teach the merchandising team their skills developing.
- Collect and convey market insights to help in the strategic planning process.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s (BBA or BS in Accounting & Finance)
Experience:
- 5-8 years in Consumer/FMCG Sales
