JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the complete recruitment process from start to finish for all roles and departments.
• Develop the brand of the employer by means of creative sourcing, partnerships with universities, and online presence.
• Create and implement training and development programs that are in line with competency frameworks and desired performance outcomes.
• Be the driving force behind projects aimed at culture creation, employee participation, and managerial talent improvement.
• Facilitate the organizational transformation and the perpetual enhancement of the organization through OD techniques.
• Supervise the performance evaluation process so that it is equitable, impartial, and congruent with the company’s objectives.
