JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the complete recruitment process from start to finish for all roles and departments.
- Develop the brand of the employer by means of creative sourcing, partnerships with universities, and online presence.
- Create and implement training and development programs that are in line with competency frameworks and desired performance outcomes.
- Be the driving force behind projects aimed at culture creation, employee participation, and managerial talent improvement.
- Facilitate the organizational transformation and the perpetual enhancement of the organization through OD techniques.
- Supervise the performance evaluation process so that it is equitable, impartial, and congruent with the company’s objectives.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- The candidate needs to show 08-10 years of work experience in their relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree / Masters
- The candidate needs to understand modern recruitment systems and competency models and organizational development approaches.
- The candidate needs to prove their ability to develop and execute Learning and Development and employee engagement initiatives.
