Who are we looking for?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fieldof study.
• The position requires candidates to possess five to eight years of professional experience working in IT Governance or Risk or Compliance positions within banking or financial services organizations.
• The perfect candidates need to hold certifications from these specific options: CISA, CGEIT, COBIT, ISO 27001 LA, or ITIL.

• The IT Governance Framework needs to be developed and executed according to SBP regulations and COBIT and ISO standards.
• Develop IT policies and procedures and standards which support organizational business objectives.
• The liaison position requires you to handle all communications between Internal Audit and External Audit and SBP about IT governance and compliance matters.
• Manage IT risk assessments and maintain the IT risk register while monitoring control system performance.
• Audit observations need to be tracked through their entire lifecycle until they reach finalization. The development of governance dashboards and reports should occur simultaneously with observation tracking and resolution processes.
• The IT steering committees require support through strategic insights and performance metrics and governance updates.
• Manage vendor governance and third-party risk assessments as it relates to SBP directives.
• The organization needs to build awareness about governance and continuous improvement practices throughout its entire IT operations. Skills:
• I possess complete knowledge about SBP IT Governance & Risk Management Framework together with all regulatory circulars.
• I have developed a solid understanding of COBIT and ISO 27001 and NIST and ITIL and ITGC controls.
• I possess proven skills in IT Risk Management and Policy Development and Audit Coordination.
• I have developed strong analytical abilities which enable me to create detailed documentation and generate precise reports
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills, along with GRC tools.
