Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the complete Quick Service Restaurant strategy incorporating the business model, menu, positioning of the brand, customer experience, and operational framework.
• Direct the QSR venture of Dawn Foods from concept creation to commercial implementation.
• Manage the areas of restaurant concept, selection of machinery, vendor control, formulation of standard operating procedures, and adherence to hygiene regulations.
• Establish and track profit and loss performance, return on investment calculations, and financial viability models.
• Guarantee that all sites provide superb customer service, consistent quality, and operational performance up to the mark.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10–15+ years of strong leadership in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, with considerable knowledge of operations, store development and brand building. 
• Showcased experience in starting, growing or changing the QSR brands. 
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Sciences or related area.
