Job Overview:

The recruitment function covering multiple business units will be led by the Director of Talent Acquisition, who will make sure that there is a strategic alignment between the recruitment and the company’s growth plans. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of recruiters and collaborate with executive management to forecast hiring needs.

Recruitment Strategy:

The Director will implement modern sourcing strategies, leverage data-driven recruitment analytics, and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality hires in line with company objectives.

Employer Branding:

The role demands expertise in creating and promoting a compelling employer brand that attracts top-tier talent in Dubai’s competitive property market. The candidate will lead branding initiatives through events, digital presence, and partnerships.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

The Director will collaborate with department heads to understand talent requirements, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.

Agency and Market Expertise:

Agency experience is mandatory, as the role requires deep market insights, networking skills, and hands-on involvement in identifying senior-level candidates across various property divisions.
