Job Overview:
The recruitment function covering multiple business units will be led by the Director of Talent Acquisition, who will make sure that there is a strategic alignment between the recruitment and the company’s growth plans. The position calls for a leader with foresight who would be able to engage in and propel the best talent who could be attracted to the property sector through effective branding, and planning done through workforce initiatives, and talent pooling.
Leadership Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of recruiters and collaborate with executive management to forecast hiring needs.
Recruitment Strategy:
The Director will implement modern sourcing strategies, leverage data-driven recruitment analytics, and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality hires in line with company objectives.
Employer Branding:
The role demands expertise in creating and promoting a compelling employer brand that attracts top-tier talent in Dubai’s competitive property market. The candidate will lead branding initiatives through events, digital presence, and partnerships.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
The Director will collaborate with department heads to understand talent requirements, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
Agency and Market Expertise:
Agency experience is mandatory, as the role requires deep market insights, networking skills, and hands-on involvement in identifying senior-level candidates across various property divisions.
