ROOTS International Schools & Colleges needs an HR Executive who will work with its active staff members in Islamabad Pakistan. Key Responsibilities – HR Executive

• You handle complete employee lifecycle management which includes onboarding and confirmation and transfer and exit and documentation processes. 
• The organization needs to keep precise personnel records for all staff members which contains their personal files and contracts and service records. 
• HR needs to create reports that show headcount information and attendance statistics and leave data and employee attrition rates and compliance details. 
• The team needs support for creating offer letters appointment letters and employment contracts. 
• The team needs to track all employee attendance and leave requests on a daily basis. 
• The payroll team needs our help to process monthly payroll while we handle their payroll inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or any related field of study. 
• The candidate must have two to four years of experience in HR operations especially within educational institutions. 
• The applicant demonstrates complete knowledge of labor regulations and payroll systems and all HR standards. 
• The candidate demonstrates exceptional abilities in communication and organization and administrative tasks.
