WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1-3 years of experience within the FMCG/Food industry.
DAE Mech, Elec, Chemical or Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Processing, or relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:

Inform the superiors regarding the quality deviations or defects in the equipment and organize shift/work duty rosters accordingly.
Churn and process the butter applying the right methods like loading and setting up the machines according to the company standards.
Keep a watch on butter production, alter the setting for best yield and texture, furthermore, make sure that the machine and the place are
cleaned according to GMP rules.
Quality of the product is confirmed by performing checks on moisture, texture, flavor, and color in accordance with specifications.
Record keeping of the batches with accurate details and documents to help with the traceability and audit requirements.
