Job Responsibilities:

• Inform the superiors regarding the quality deviations or defects in the equipment and organize shift/work duty rosters accordingly.
• Churn and process the butter applying the right methods like loading and setting up the machines according to the company standards.
• Keep a watch on butter production, alter the setting for best yield and texture, furthermore, make sure that the machine and the place are
• cleaned according to GMP rules.
• Quality of the product is confirmed by performing checks on moisture, texture, flavor, and color in accordance with specifications.
• Record keeping of the batches with accurate details and documents to help with the traceability and audit requirements.
