REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, Marketing or a similar field.
- The candidate must show evidence of working as a Video Content Creator or Videographer or hold an equivalent position.
- The candidate needs to understand how to use lighting equipment and sound devices and camera operations.
- The candidate needs to tell stories through their imagination while maintaining perfect attention to detail.
- The candidate needs to understand social media algorithms together with video engagement strategies.
- The candidate demonstrates ability to perform independently and as part of a team within fast-paced environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The content strategy development process enables the organization to achieve its business targets.
- The content calendar requires my supervision to maintain proper workflow management.
- The team depends on me to create exceptional content which includes articles and blogs and social media posts and videos.
- The content needs to meet SEO requirements while being optimized for maximum audience reach.
- The content performance evaluation process includes KPI tracking and report generation to support improvement efforts.
- The brand community development through audience engagement on different platforms helps build customer loyalty.
- The content execution requires my collaboration with marketing and design and social media teams to maintain consistent delivery.
