Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC/RAC operations, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role
Strong background in utilities, plant operations, and maintenance within an FMCG or manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle HVAC and other RAC projects: tweaks, expansions, and setups.
• Deal with budgets for running costs and big purchases, and find ways to save money.
• Take charge of fixing problems to figure out what went wrong and control energy use.
• Team up with other departments to help reach production and utilities goals.
