House of Habib is looking for a strategic and growth-oriented professional to take the position of Manager – Corporate Sales. The position is in Karachi and is mainly concerned with creating strong client relationships across the country, besides pushing the corporate business growth.
The perfect candidate will possess a solid history in B2B sales, strategic business development, and key account management and will have the talent to produce measurable growth and to manage a strong team.
Key Responsibilities:
- The sales department for corporate clients needs my leadership to achieve their revenue targets and profit margins and market expansion goals.
- The business development strategy requires my execution to acquire new corporate accounts and expand current relationships and discover fresh market opportunities.
- The team searches for and establishes valuable partnerships with major clients and contractors and institutional buyers across various business sectors.
- The sales process extends from initial lead acquisition through proposal creation to negotiation and deal completion and post-sale customer relationship maintenance.
- The team monitors market developments and competitor pricing movements and market trends to develop business strategies that drive success.
- The team works together with Operations and Marketing and Finance and Supply Chain departments to execute projects and maintain client satisfaction.
- The company should monitor its performance through Key Performance Indicators which include revenue expansion and customer maintenance and pipeline status and payment receipt tracking.
- Senior management accesses business intelligence reports and revenue forecasts through presentations which identify market opportunities and challenges.
- The organization needs me to represent its interests at industry events and trade shows and business meetings to boost its market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: The candidate needs to hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any other relevant field.
- The applicant needs to show 8 to 10 years of experience in Corporate or B2B Sales/Business Development with at least three years of leadership or management experience.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate sales success in paper and packaging and building materials and construction and industrial supplies industries.
