🔧 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
🔹The team needs me to create and oversee multiple mechanical preventive maintenance programs which follow OEM guidelines.
🔹The system requires my attention to maintain its operational efficiency through monitoring of HVAC and Air Compressors and Thermal and Water Systems.
🔹I need to support the implementation of time-based equipment maintenance programs which include both immediate and future scheduled procedures for system protection.
🔹I need to approve all purchase requests which could lead to project delays.
🏆 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
🔹Education: B. E. (Field: Mechanical).
🔹Experience: 7 to 10 years (minimum of 3 years in a lead role included).
🔹Expertise in: Mechanical maintenance and utilities operations.
