🔹The system requires my attention to maintain its operational efficiency through monitoring of HVAC and Air Compressors and Thermal and Water Systems.
🔹I need to support the implementation of time-based equipment maintenance programs which include both immediate and future scheduled procedures for system protection.
🔹I need to approve all purchase requests which could lead to project delays.
