Human Resources Leadership:
The HR Manager’s job will be to be in charge of and supervise all HR activities of the companies consolidated under the Elistacs brand. Employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, workforce planning, and creating a culture of excellence are included in the post’s responsibilities. The matching of HR strategy with business goals will be one of the most important tasks of the person to be hired. The applicant will make sure that all activities are compliant with the company’s standards and UAE labor laws, and at the same time, he will create a work environment that is positive and productive.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
You will manage and strengthen employee relations by promoting open communication, handling grievances with professionalism, and maintaining a culture of respect and fairness. A deep understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring compliance in all HR matters including contracts, leaves, payroll, and terminations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining transparency and harmony across multiple entities.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
The HR Manager will lead the recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding qualified professionals who align with the company’s values and goals. You will design and manage structured onboarding programs that help new employees integrate seamlessly into their roles. Maintaining a strong employer brand through effective hiring practices will be one of your top priorities.
Performance Management & Training:
You will establish a consistent and measurable performance management framework to evaluate and develop employees. This includes conducting appraisals, designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implementing training sessions that enhance skills and improve overall productivity. Your focus will be on nurturing a learning culture and encouraging continuous professional growth.
Policy Development & Implementation:
The HR Manager will conduct regular assessments to update HR policies and procedures which must stay compliant with business and legal changes. The organization needs to establish frameworks which promote fair treatment and diversity and inclusion and workplace wellness for all staff members. Your ability will establish an internal work environment which demonstrates professional excellence and exceptional organizational performance.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
You will collaborate with senior management and department heads to forecast manpower needs and develop long-term staffing strategies. Your analytical insight into workforce trends will guide leadership in making informed decisions related to promotions, succession planning, and employee retention. The ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR operations will be key to your success.
