The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking is going to be in charge of managing the sales techniques, increasing the priority banking portfolio, and also providing a beautiful customer experience in the Priority Lounge as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• To make your company’s sales strategies more dynamic, new measures should be adopted that will not only increase the product variety but also attract new customers.

   

• Take over the customer acquisition process from start to finish in the Priority Lounge.

   

• Support the sales personnel to create a proper sales funnel and to improve their lead generation and conversion.

   

• Through cross-selling and upselling, make the portfolio of banking products larger.

   

• Encourage the staff to raise their target and income.

   

• Hire customer service and sales employees, train them, and then further develop them.

   

• Build a customer-centric culture that is unique and still offers premium service.

   

• Evaluate the output, stay in contact with customers, and keep improving the methods.

   

• Achieve the target of being operationally efficient and complying with the bank’s regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is preferable.

   

• 3-5 years of experience in Branch Banking and/or 2 years Priority Banking experience

   

• Extraordinary leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

   

• Proven track record of attaining sales targets and managing premium customer accounts
