Mughal Diagnostics & Research Labs, renowned for its cutting-edge diagnostic services, is in pursuit of a Lab Director with outstanding credentials to take the reins of and enhance its pathology and laboratory operations in Lahore. A senior level position is available for a highly skilled pathology expert who will demonstrate total control over quality, certification, and clinical superiority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete laboratory operations from start to finish in all the primary diagnostic sections
  • Maintain complete compliance to PHC, ISO, CAP and other regulatory/accreditation standards
  • Set up, evaluate, and continuously enhance the QA/QC frameworks
  • Take the lead in accreditation, internal audits, and external evaluations
  • Guide, develop and supervise teams in the areas of pathology, science, and technical support
  • Analyze and oversee key performance indicators such as TAT, QC trends, error ratios, and overall performance
  • Give excellent consultative aid to the doctors
  • Make sure that biosafety, biosecurity, and lab waste management protocols are followed to the letter.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS with FCPS or PhD or MPhil in Pathology
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years work experience in a reputable diagnostic lab with leadership exposure
  • Complete knowledge of laboratory accreditation, QA/QC and regulatory compliance
  • Great leadership, clinical judgment and communication skills
