WE ARE HIRING QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualification:
- BS Civil Engineering / DAE Civil
Experience:
- Minimum 08 Years of experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and verification of site invoices and subcontractor invoices with the project team.
- Conduct variation analysis and prepare documentation to support claims and approvals.
- Perform rate analysis for new items and support cost optimization.
- Prepare and review the MRS (Market Rate Schedule) calculations.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of MRS working, particularly in Government sector projects.
- Expertise in rate analysis, site billing, and subcontractor billing.
