Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Business Management, Accounting, and Finance-related degree.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in the Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• The candidate needs to demonstrate their knowledge about financial reporting procedures and reconciliations and general ledger management.
• The candidate needs to show their proficiency with MS Excel and financial analysis tools for report creation and record maintenance tasks.
• The candidate should demonstrate their ability to focus on specific details while maintaining analytical thinking and performing under stressful situations which require fast results.

• Keep precise financial records that are current with company policy accounting standards.
• Create financial reports through monthly and quarterly and annual periods.
• Help in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process vendor invoices and payment transactions and expense reimbursement requests with precision at the scheduled times.
• Maintain, issue invoices, monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Conduct ongoing reconciliation of supplier and customer statements to maintain accurate data records.
