Job Summary:
Our oil marketing company needs an energetic Executive/Senior Executive – Supply Chain who will be in charge of planning, logistics, import coordination, and depot operations. The right person for this role will be open to learning, will be equipped with good analytical abilities, and, moreover, will have a very good command of MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
- You will be part of day-to-day product planning and stock control monitoring for assistance.
- You will be involved in supporting various activities from import documentation to coordination of vessels and calculation of landed costs.
- You will contribute to dispatch planning, fleet coordination, and depot management through your help.
- Your tasks will include report preparation, record maintenance, and SOPs improvement assistance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain and logistics would be a definite plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
