• Job Location: Karachi
• Job Summary: The Admin & HR Executive is mainly responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that can help the organization to run smoothly. Attention will be paid to office management, documentation and making the administrative activities run smoothly by the executive.

Responsibilities

• Office Management: The daily operations of the office would be overseen by managing the inventory and ordering the supplies.
• Documentation: Administrative documentation will be taken care of, categorized, kept correct, and made common knowledge.
• Meeting Coordination: The meetings will be planned and conducted; agendas will be made and minutes will be taken.
• Customer Support: Admin support will be given to internal and external stakeholders if needed.
• HR Coordination: The HR issues related to the site in question will be supervised and controlled.

Required Qualification

A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.2 years of experience in an administrative role is the, however, the minimum requirement.
