Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Maintenance for its Polyester Business based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and direct daily, medium, and long-term mechanical maintenance operations from planning to execution.
- Ensure that the company’s HSE, engineering, and ethical standards are rigorously applied and give the staff necessary training to help them comply.
- Supervise the entire plant management and maintenance techniques improvement processes that will enhance the current state of reliability and support future business goals and ongoing operations through the acquired asset integrity.
- Coordinate and control the preparation, monitoring, and revenue, inventory, and capital budgeting of the operations while maintaining expenses at the lowest possible level to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Develop and implement strategies for special maintenance and shutdowns that would lead to both asset integrity enhancement and product quality increase.
- Oversee contracted services ensuring that the projects are executed in a cost-effective manner, within the timeframe, and in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Define the performance standards and monitor the performance while actively coaching and developing the maintenance crew towards maximum productivity.
- Conduct regular checks on stock levels, parts specifications, and reorder schedules in order to meet fixed cost targets and keep inventory within agreed limits.
