Mushko Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd. Jobs: Customer Care Executive: Mushko Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd., an IT company in Pakistan, is currently in search of young female candidates who are lively and full of energy for the Customer Care Executive. The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree with not more than three years of experience. Good Communication Skills, Sound Knowledge of IT, Customer handling, and Sound Knowledge of MS Office are some of the necessary qualifications for this post. The hired person will therefore have to log calls in the system, handle tough customers, update call status in the system, and escalate calls if necessary. The person will also be responsible for communication with end users and engineers, liaising with vendors for warranty claims or backup issues, and talking to the principal if necessary.
