Job Responsibilities:
- The team needs to design and preserve window displays and mannequins and store arrangements.
- All stores need to follow visual standards and brand guidelines for consistent implementation.
- The team works with retail and marketing departments to execute seasonal product launches and promotional activities.
- The team monitors sales patterns to optimize display arrangements which improve product exposure and sales results.
- The team needs to train all store personnel about visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
- The team needs to stay updated about current fashion and retail display trends to develop innovative display concepts.
Job Specification:
- The position requires a candidate who holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion or Design or Marketing or a related field.
- The candidate should have at least three to five years of experience in visual merchandising specifically within the fashion retail industry.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate outstanding styling abilities together with detailed focus and creative thinking skills.
- Design/layout software proficiency including Photoshop and Illustrator and similar tools stands as the most critical requirement for this position.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate exceptional communication abilities together with outstanding teamwork competencies.
- The candidate needs to be willing to relocate between different locations while working extended hours during peak seasonal periods.
