📌 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
🔹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
- Foster IT business expansion and build strategic partnerships
- Take control of important accounts and relations with clients
- Supervise proposals, bids, and overall strategy for deals
- Liaise with technology and operations staff
- Give a hand to new business and client acquisition efforts
- Perform market research and make calls to clients
🔹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
- Create technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and solution designs
- Assist in the technical response for bidding and RFP/RFQ
- Organize and hold technical presentations and discussions
- Serve as the communication link between the sales and engineering departments.
🔹 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿
- Oversee server, network, and IT infrastructure management
- Complete security, backup, and uptime of the system
- Resolve hardware and software problems
- Keep system documentation up to date and compliant
🔹 𝗔𝗠 𝗛𝗥 (𝗢𝗗 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲)
- Oversee the performance management systems and KPIs
- Drive Organizational Development initiatives
- Examine the HR metrics and performance data
- Facilitate talent development and workforce planning
